WHAT IS HAIDONG GUMDO?
Korean Sword, or Haidong Gumdo, consists of basic techniques, forms, step sparring, energy building exercises, and cutting practice.
*Youth students (ages 5-9) with more than 1 year of martial arts experience are also welcome to join us!
No Previous Martial Arts Experience Required!
Additionally, there exists a mind/body/spirit balance to Haidong Gumdo.
