Class Reservations
Please register for class in advance to ensure your spot! 
You can preregister up to a week in advance right here on the website using your Key PIN or you can download the Mindbody app (be sure to search for us under "Boltz's Family Martial Arts Academy") 
You may cancel your reservation by emailing, by calling (651)683-0355, or via the Mindbody app.
*Please be aware of our 24 hour cancelation policy. 
There is NO CHARGE or penalty for cancelations received more than 24 hours before class begins. 
Cancelations received less than 24-hours before class begins will be assessed the per-class fee of your membership or class package.
Class Cancelation Policy
Individual classes will not be canceled for low attendance. Despite the group setting and team/family mentality around here, we want to be sure our members and guests know that they are valued as individuals first and formost. If you show up, class is happening!
In the rare event a class needs to be canceled in the event of an emergency, such as extreme severe weather, registered participants will be notified via email!
  • PiYo, BodyFlow, POUND, and Yoga: You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat to class. We have extra mats for your use but most participants prefer their own mat.
  • All other classes: Just bring yourself!
Key Fitness is a family-friendly facility!
  • Kids in grades 2 through grade 4 may attend classes listed as Youth and Adult if accompanied by an adult (both the youth and adult must be members or hold a class pass).
  • Youth in grade 5 or higher may attend classes listed as Youth and Adult unaccompanied by an adult*
  • Teens ages 15 and older can also attend classes listed as Teen and Adult
*Please note that group fitness classes are designed to be fun, engaging opportunities to get moving, have fun, and let loose. However, we reserve the right to suspend participation in the event of disruptive/disrespectful conduct.
Membership Cancelation
In addition to our affordable pay-per-class/punch card options, we also offer Unlimited Access VIP monthly memberships. These membership are low-commitment month-to-month memberships which require a 30-day notice-to-cancel. To cancel, a completed autopay cancelation request must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if your next autopay is scheduled to be charged on February 14, you must submit a cancelation form by January 14). Cancelation requests must be submitted in person at The Gym or via email to Cancelation requests will not be accepted via telephone, social media, text message or any other method other than in-person or via email at the email address listed above.
*Failure to attend classes does not imply a notice-to-cancel or waive the requirement to submit the cancelation a full 30 days in advance.
Pay-Per-Class Packages (punch cards)
Pay-per-class passes NEVER expire! Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final. Class-packages can not be shared. Class schedule is subject to change at any time.
Schedule Changes
Class cancelation and schedule changes are driven primarily by member attendance. Classes with low and/or inconsistent attendance may be canceled for the upcoming session (Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall).  If you enjoy a particular class in a specific time slot, do your best to make it in as often as possible. Show your favorite teachers your support! We'll see you in class!
Wait until you see our floors! Our matted fitness training floor is designed for high-impact on bare feet; shoes are not required! However, if you are attached to your gym shoes and would like to wear them, we simply ask that they are clean, dry and have never been worn outdoors.
*Bare feet are recommended for all Kettlebell, PiYo, and Yoga classes.
